I will never stay there again.... It is an extended stay hotel but Everything smelled like smoke. On matter how much I cleaned it still stunk. Great place it you are a smoker.

Never again We’ve never stayed at a Woodspring Suites before and don’t plan to again. Our sheets had hair and unidentified stuff on it. (They did change the bedding for us when we complained.) Our nonsmoking room had a cigarette butt in the wastebasket and ashes in the sink, plus the room smelled smoky. Uncomfortable beds, no amenities to speak of, no thank you.

Bed was broken. Housekeeper was unprofessional. Was supposed to be non smoking and the whole 4th floor smelled like smoke. Was moved to another room and the tv did not work. Air conditioner put off a funny smell. Beds were not made up nicely and you would basically be sleeping on a cot. Do not recommended.

Worst place to stay The room stunk horriblely. Pet urine in hallways made them smell badly. Smell of smoke so bad had to wash all our clothes even the ones not taken out of suitcases. This place needs a total and complete cleaning. Even the elevator stunk. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Complaint to staff was ignore by them.

Had to ask for pillowcase as one was missing. Beds in sad shape and need replacing. Microwave working but outside trim broken. No smoke detector in room. Cooktop old and rusty. Given non smoking room but smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Obvious odor of marijuuana in elevator

Smokey We thought we reserved a smoke-free room, but everything smelled like smoke in the room and so did we by the next morning. The hallway on our floor smelled like a fish fry when we turned in, but it was normal by morning. The beds and pillows were acceptable for comfort and cleanliness, other than the smokey smell. The price was attractive.

This hotel had a horrible smell, very strong cigarette smell. Stained bedsheets, and very loud noises all night long. I would never stay at this property again.
