Didn’t like they have residents living there on government support without telling you felt intimidating the time. Didn’t not trust leaving bags when not there no batteries in remote only to find out the remote doesn’t work. Shower wasn’t too hot smelled a little in room and hallways. Looked like some staff and other residents were on drugs. But they were waiting on me patiently when I arrived left and came back. I wouldn’t book this hotel unless they went under and extreme overhaul or it was my last resort.

There were roaches on the walls by the elevator on floor 3. Sheets were dirty. Room key didn’t work and when I called about a replacement it was like it was an inconvenience for them to have to deal with it. My kid has some bumps on her arms now gonna just guess because of how dirty it was possible bed bugs. Gotta go get everything super cleaned. They have roaches !!!! Their night time person Lindsey is very rude. Incompetent! Everyone else in the day time were very friendly & accomodating!

Booked seven rooms for 10 nights. Got bedbug bites on first night. Had to move everyone to another clean hotel. They wouldn’t refund payment for the unused nights. Other things to note….kitchen utensils must be rented separately. Rooms unequipped and dirty.

The property was dirty, and there wes no coffeepot. Spend the extra 10 dollars and stay somewhere else!
