Homeless in Cleveland My family needed a place to stay really bad and in times past the motels we stayed at we not very pleasant. Though it this was a last minute find it turned out that paying a lower price isn't always a bad thing. Due to the covid housekeeping was unavailable and having to pay extra for certain amenities was not ideal but the people qho stay there are very friendly and frint desk though has certain hours daily are helpful when needed. Door cards do not work properly. There is no communication with front desk when a problem arises.
