Comparing this property to the extended stay in merillville, this one feels a little more bare bones. Comfortable enough but front office closed most of the time, no coffee station, no shampoo. Hard chairs instead of comfortable ones etc. Fire alarm went off frequently due to someone burning food repeatedly, which of course has a bit more to do with the clientele. We didnt have enough towels. The cable TV would go on and off. Trying to call the front desk,but know one would answer the phone. The walls had dust on them above the microwave. The other walls had dirty spots on them.The bed was awful. It needs replaced. The mattress had a sinkhole and the bottom of the bed. When I laid down to go to sleep I felt like I could fall out of bed. Due to the mattress. I have stayed in Extended stays before and this one was the wost. .
