We were in the area for a family reunion and needed a place to change mid-day, possibly a spot to spend the night at. The hallways reeked of smoke, my niece's pet allergies kicked in as soon as we entered the room. We basically changed our clothes and left.

I was more like a low budget college dorm than a hotel room

Arrived late and had to wait for the front desk attendant even though we knew she was on the other side of the partition. She was not friendly. Beds in the room were uncomfortable. Stopper in the sink was not functional.

Everything was terrible some of the workers was doing drugs dirty rooms

Not the best stay We had no cable TV for the last 4 days of our stay. Someone tried to get in our room twice while we were in it. Once at around 11:00 pm and again at 9:44 the next morning. The beds were very uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a futon.

Lousy we arrived ,took 1 hr to get checked in, only 2 people ahead in line, 1 guy had a problem, they brought the manager in to consult with customer, instead of moving him aside and explaining his problem, they just kept the clerk and computer tied up til they got finished. Finally got checked in, no reading lamps or NO TV. asked the desk, all he would say is ' they are working on it as we speak' Person working the desk had no personality, acted like we were wasting his time. Horrid experience The hallways and lift was smelly. also we found some pet hair on the sheets. The towels were in a very bad shape. TV doesn't work. The front desk lady was super rude, for one of the reservation she didn't honor hotels.com reservation

Awful, unacceptable experience We waited 30 minutes to check in because we had a new staff member that wasnt being trained by fellow staff members, so it took a long time due to her uneducated knowledge. The lobby was over 80 degrees with no air! Then, after waiting, we find hair all over the bed sheets and comforter. The television didnt work-no cable connection, so we had no TV the entire stay.
