Weird smell throughout entire building. Did not seem clean. Spend the extra $ and go somewhere else.

Never again will we book visitors here. It was a disaster from day one. They are welcoming to handicapped guests and wouldn’t refund 2 weeks of a monthly booking after my father fell reaching for a phone. He was admitted to the hospital and then a rehab unit, but they wouldn’t consider a refund. We used the room as storage so they couldn’t double dip and collect two rental fees. Manager was rude. There were bugs and roaches EVERYWHERE in the room.

Alot of homeless seem to live at this hotel. In addition there were roaches in the room.

Cigarette smell was very strong! People were smoking inside the hotel even though it was designated non smoking rooms. I had to ask for a spray to try to eliminate smoking odor. Terrible night! All my clothes, sheets smelled like cigarettes! Not good for your health especially for a non smoker!
