BED BUGS AND FILTH at door they were rude and it was not quite check in time and they turned us away. I asked that we check in early as we had driven a long ways from Arkansas and they said no. later we came a bubble gum stuck on floor at our door, floors were not clean, no coffee pot, blow dryer, only 2 towels for a room for 4 with 2 queen beds, and it had BED BUGS FROM HELL, BUMPS AND SORES ALL OVER! WE CHECKED OUT EARLY & NO ONE IN OFFICE EVEN WHEN WE LEFT. IT WAS AWEFUL!

Horrible service. My reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. Never received a phone call nor an email regarding the cancellation. When I arrived, the young lady at the front desk was of no assistance. I will never book at this hotel again.

1. Stepping into the hall- We could smell something unpleasant. 2. To take out room trash, we had to take it to the dumpster in the far end of the parking lot. 4. The table in the room had sticky brown residue on it. 5. We killed at least 5 roaches. I will not be staying at a WoodSprings Suites Property again.

Too many things to list. No one ever cleaned. It was very gross and unsanitary.

Both times we stayed at this property we had roach problems. They don't fully clean the rooms.
