Room was not Ready I was disappointed in my stay. First, the rooms were not ready at check in time, but that was okay we went out and did a few other things for a couple of hours. When we returned one of the rooms was still not ready. It was not until after 9pm, before it was ready. I did not ask, but for the price of the room, it would have been nice if they would have given us a price break for the inconvenience. The second thing was there were bugs in one of the rooms.
No lobby at this property just a check in window that wasn't always open or staffed. Arrived at 7:30pm and was told to come back later because housekeeping didn't show up that day and our room was just then being cleaned. Rooms were very sparse and weren't even stocked with soap. There are kitchens in the rooms but they weren't stocked with anything at all. The lights in the rooms would turn on/off randomly - including in the middle of the night! Roaches, screaming people all night, dirty room

The room smelled like pee horribly and was very dirty. I asked to have it cleaned, they did a horrible job. Rather than complaining I just went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and did it myself. Bar far the dirties hotel in have EVER stayed in. After my experience here I will never come back

Everyone who worked there was rude. They have a “no refund” policy on unused days, regardless of how much advance notice you provide. The person at the desk was very rude, not just to me, but to the Expedia agent calling on my behalf. Then, someone else at the front desk yelled at me and told me she wouldn’t extend my stay just because I had asked the front desk to drop some toilet paper and a small bag I had ordered from instacart off at my door since I was sick. This is the worst place to stay at. Their staff are not helpful at all. They tell you they will send up just the basic things and after 8 hours of being gone. They still haven’t brought it to your room. The staff leave after 8pm and don’t come back to the front desk till 10am the next morning. The manager of the hotel told me to my face that she would make sure that we would get the items we needed and we RECEIVED NOTHING!!! I recommend sleeping on the sidewalk before EVER booking here!!
