A basic hotel for less money has shampoo/ soap a towel. This had nothing. The room was dirty and toothpaste splashed on the wall as well as kitty litter and odor in bathroom. The dresser was all dusty. The sheets were the only thing clean. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone at front desk they vanished.

I’ve never felt so nervous and unsafe at a hotel. The “front desk” is behind a window and there is no staff on site after hours, so there is no one to monitor the safety of the lot. People were hanging out in the parking lot until past midnight smoking and roaming around. The hotel itself smelled like a combination of piss, weed, and cheap bleach. They allow pets which sounds nice, but we’d wake up to our neighbors’ dog barking. There is little sound barrier so the door to the stairwell would slam shut at all hours of the ni... read more

Did not realize this wasn’t a regular hotel. It is more of a short term apartment rental place.

I want a refund or credit please! Experience and condition was terrible, said they would refund my money and told me to call Hotels.com. when Hotels.com called on my behalf they refused to refund my money!

Had to wait for people to be at the desk. Fire alarms in the middle of the night.

People were "shooting up" in the stairwell. One was sleeping under the stairs. Multiple fights on multiple nights. Paper thin walls, you hear everything in all the rooms. You have to pay extra for everything, including fresh linens.
