Worst extended stay ever The room was very nasty not clean. Shower curtain rod was broke had to wait 4 days before it was fixed. Had 2 towels and washcloths for 4 people. Room was only cleaned every 2weeks. all extra items like towels WiFi toilet tissue cost extra. Staff was very unprofessional and rude.

The backdoor where most of the parking is was broken the entire stay. It is very loud and the hallways smell like marijuana. Staff hours are very limited, they only clean the rooms once every 14 days. You can't access the free internet, if you want WIFI you have to pay an additional fee.

SH$T HOLE Horrible filthy clearly has some questionable at best guests having people in and out at all hour about 2-3per hour. Got hit on by a clear as day hooker working customers coming in. Police came and that caused a problem not sure what it was about but.... it is currently 1:15am and can't get any sleep. Stayed here to break up a 20hr drive to wisconsin that's going to be amazing to try and do tomorrow 🙌

Avoid at all Costs!! Staff acts like they're running in jail more than the hotel never been treated like this ever. Was put off by the rude staff and was going to leave but wound up the circumstances to where I decided to just extended stay a second week the day after paying for a second week was told to leave for smoking in the room. I would leave to go outside to smoke so I don't know what there talking about. Said they had detectors in the room well they need to be adjusted cause I didn't smoke inside. Absolutely horrible! Roaches in the room. The staff offered for us to switch rooms or have pest control on Monday. Pest control never showed up! People were smoking in the hallways so our non-smoking room smelled awful all day and night. We checked out early because it was so awful, and we had a two year old and a five month old with us. They refused a partial refund for this horrible experience.
