Did not like paying as much as I paid for a month in a hotel where drugs were rampant, arguing and fights in the halls were a weekly occurrence among staff members and clientele alike, rooms were cleaned by staff only AFTER guests checkout but not at all during guests’ stay, employees with cynical attitudes, management with delusions of grandeur and inconsistent billing practices, maintenance accessing guests’ rooms without prior notification and often when guests were not present. The manager has no idea what "customer

A hotel that doesn't care about your complaint. No elevator was on the 4th floor. The stairwell had spilled used kitty litter. The stairwell smelled like cat pee. When I checked out I told the manager about all of this she argued with me about these problems. They did tell me there was no elevator but at that time I was already there also I had already paid through you and changing hotels at that late hour would have been impossible.
