Homeless people selling drugs out front they have you pay for your pet when you can not walk your dog anyplace because the others don't pick up after your pet the noise was awful I WILL NEVER STAY IN A WOODSPRINGS EVER AGAIN MY STAY THERE WAS AWFULLLL. Dog pee in the elevator from the dog (I HOPE) IT WAS AWFUL and no one is there after 7pm at the office.

This Place is a Ghetto, NOT Family or Kid Friendly NOT COVID-19 Compliant, I never saw the staff wearing masks, no signs requiring masks per Colorado State Laws, staff did not encourage residents to wear masks. Staff routinely all gathered right in front of the main entrance to smoke. The Motel stank of cigarette and pot (or worse) smoke. There an over abundance of dogs in this place. Never coming back. Made a reservation online and when I arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available. Couldn't check in until 9:30 pm. When I got to the room, floor was soaked from just having been mopped.

Horrible place to stay This was during the COVID crises. Staff was not wearing masks, room was not sanitized, as there was still garbage in the bathroom and the kitchen counter tops were sticky. I had to santize the room before I was even able to stay in it. No carts availabIe, was told I'd have help, and after waiting for an hour, made 8 individual trips to unload my car to my room . First room assigned wasn't finished cleaning. 2nd room floors dirty and room dusty. No towels, soap, shampoo, or toilet paper. Called twice to obtain, ended up going to lobby to get myself. Someone playing loud music late, called to send staff to room to have them turn it off at 1:30am... Finally turned it off after 2:30am. Horrible experience, never again.

Will not stay here again Building was new but trash bins were full outside and overflowing, got to our room and there was hair (human and animal) on the sheets, pillows (glad we brought our own), floors, and in the bathtub. Hallways smelled liked mary jane. We will chose to stay at another hotel next visit.
