Worst Experience with WOODSPRINGS Hotel I have booked the hotel for two days for my wife and 5 months baby, from August 31 to Sept 2 2018, I have Checked In on Aug 31 at 12 AM (midnight), i have paid for two nights i have used the room on Friday night, i just roamed around on Saturday and came back to hotel at 9 30 PM on Saturday i,e Sept 1 2018, i am trying to get into my room and i see that room has been assigned to a different family, i had luggage in the room and baby stuff and some kitchen stuff which all missing, manag... read more

Not Pleased! While the room and facilities were mostly clean, we experienced the lights come on automatically every 2 hours during the first night. On the second evening, the fire alarm went off 4 or 5 times. For the price I paid for the room, I expected at least some coffee in the lobby or a coffee maker in the room. The comfortable enough.

Just Crappy all Around The staff up front if the were there was very rude. When checked in to hotel which was a ordeal itself my room was dirty and no toilet paper. When called to ask for it was told to come down and get it myself. She said she was with a customer, which she wasn't she was talking to housekeeping and gossiping. I was double charged for my room and the card that was used to reserve it was charged as well even though going in that card was cancelled and put on another card. Too high priced for the low quality you get. Floors were filthy dirty. Towels were thin. No coffee in the rooms. No breakfast offered. No lamps in the room. Lighting in the bathroom is bad. Didn’t smell good overall. Glad we Only booked one night there on our way to the airport.

When it first opened..it was awesome..safe..clean..now..its a mechanic shop for broke down vehicles..peddler homeless and drug hang out...dog crap when you walk out the door..its not what you expect from ANY motel or Woodsprings..and when you pay..good luck..they locked us out off the room after a week because we booked 9 nites and they say they only charged for 7 at a time..you have to redo rooms after 7 nites. .never told us a damn thing about that when we paid and checked in...didnt even dawn on us because we split the ro... read more

You get what you pay for .. I booked it for week and wish I hadn't ... very misleading to call this a suite. It had a kitchen with nothing in it .. you would think it be fully equipped with everything since most staying are on vacation. Who the hell would bring there own pots and pans, cups, forks and so on.. No one comes to clean the room. They told me if I needed new towels and sheets I have to bring the old one to the front desk and get it from there..
