Upon checking in you have to dial a call center from a phone in the lobby. Then someone is sent to give you room cards. The guests overtook the building, doing whatever they wanted with no supervision by hotel staff

We are so sorry you were not pleased with your stay.
The property was fairly clean on the outside as you arrive. From there it only goes downhill. I paid online and it still took them 15 min to check me in. The room smelled incredibly musty and my son and I both suffered severe allergy reactions the whole time we were there. The floors hadn't been washed, the walls were paper thin and I could hear our neighbors all night long. What a disappointment for how much we paid!!

HOTEL WAS JUST OK. PROBLEM WAS WITH PEOPLE ON THE PARKING LOT DRINKING AND BEING VERY LOUD AT NIGHT. I HAD A DEATH IN MY FAMILY AND HAD TO CHECK OUT 3 DAYS EARLY. TALKED WITH HOTEL MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT A REFUND OF UNUSED NIGHTS. I WAS TOLD 3 TIMES THAT I WOULD GET A REFUND. 4 DAYS LATER THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. WHY DID THEY LIE JUST TO GET RID OF ME. NOT A NICE WAY TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Screwed up room not ready for guests, empty vending machines
