The location was in a terrible part of town. The whole hotel smelled like smoke.
Disgusting and uncomfortable We got stuck in Colorado Springs during the blizzard.. had no choice but to spend over $100 for this motel.. I assumed it would be decent for the price.. I was wrong.. The side entrances were covered in dog urine.. the urine went up the stairs inside the building.. the smell was disgusting!! Dirty uncomfortable staff is extremely rude no amenities that you usually get from a hotel like no tissue no cups 1small pillow very loud
The first room they gave us when we checked in was dirty. Bed wasn't made, dirty linens; room wasn't ready to have a guest in it.
Lists rooms as smoke-free, but in reality, all rooms and common spaces smell like an ash tray. Your clothes and your belongings will all end up smelling like smoke.
Worst Experience with WOODSPRINGS Hotel I have booked the hotel for two days for my wife and 5 months baby, from August 31 to Sept 2 2018, I have Checked In on Aug 31 at 12 AM (midnight), i have paid for two nights i have used the room on Friday night, i just roamed around on Saturday and came back to hotel at 9 30 PM on Saturday i,e Sept 1 2018, i am trying to get into my room and i see that room has been assigned to a different family, i had luggage in the room and baby stuff and some kitchen stuff which all missing, manag... read more
