Drug use in the building. Creepy men watching my daughters. Smoke (tobacco, weed, crack) residue and odor throughout the room. We ended our stay shorter than planned due to these issues. Staff was supportive and tried to clean odor from room but it’s just not possible. Kudos to them.

I didn't realize it when it was booked for me, but this is set up as an extended stay hotel. Therefore, there isn't daily rom cleaning; no biggie for me as I usually put out the DND sign for up to a week's stay anyway. And, overall, the place isn't half bad. But there isn't enough staff on site to man the front desk so customers are left to "Dial 500 from the house phone" to contact someone...I'm sure this works sometime, but only once out of five times for me. Toilet didnt work for 5 out of the 8 days i was there. The staff was super rude about the situation. My dad got bite up by something until we washed r own sheets. Charged for sheet exchange. No house keeping. Full kitchen but no coffee pot or blow dryer. Beds uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for First, getting towels or even blankets is task. They want you to be on a linen program that you basically pay $2 per whatever you need. Room cleaning is every other week. You can hear everything in the halls. During the night you smell marijuana in the room and elevator. By far not really family friendly or ADA accessibility (have 3 special needs children. The shower was awesome, front staff was great (for the most part); however, the other occupants were horrible! Such rude people, 230am is a perfect time to move furniture around eh?

Awful phone reception and they purposefully did that so that you had to pay a fee to get internet to make your phone work. Ridiculous!!! NEVER AGAIN!
