They would not check me in because my ID will not ring up and the computer
There is no upkeep to this facility. The rooms were dirty as well as the bathroom. The room also had a smell to it.
Close to shopping mall, quiet and easy parking, however the property has a very discomforting smell including the elevator
Very run down elevator was broken kids running up and down late at night
NO hot water! NO HOT WATER that night. They’d put in a ticket for maintenance. Tomorrow. Did have it hot at 5 am the next morning. I think they must have a 500 gallon tank for the whole building : (
Trip for daughters Army graduation So staff was friendly. However we booked a King room and we got in late because of our flight and we were told the King rooms were given away and we got a room with double bed. Not queen, a double bed. The wife and I like to be close but was not that comfortable. Then the first night I felt something crawling on me and I smacked it to find out it was a roach. Overall it was okay but water to shower was cold and maybe at times warm. I was told it’s because it was full and to maybe shower at a later time.
