There was a cockroach in the sink, the pull out matteess bed had stains on the sheet that never looked washed. There were crumbs in the beds whwen we arrived. The tub wasnt clean. I asked for a later check out at 12 and they just kept saying call tomorrow call tonight and then would give me different answers.

The room and the premises were stinking of smell from smoking. The bed and the sheets were reeking with that smell.. there were bugs and cockroaches in the room.

Very old and dated. Very noisy in halls from staff. Room above sounded like someone bowling above. Staff very friendly. Saw a roach crawl on room door.

- staff is not professional even manager - they don’t communicate with Expedia and just wait until guest resolve with Expedia - they block room key without notice and hold guest’s belongings

This entire hotel had a bad odor. The rooms were in desperate need of repair and cleaning. Mold on air conditioner vents- that’s what I want to blow into the air I’m breathing, holes in carpet, laminate flooring in bathroom peeling up on itself- horrible patch jobs on doors. Stained carpeting. Book a room for 6 -room has 4 towels sets- no sheets or pillows in the room for the fold-out couch. Old yard sale looking furniture. Breakfast was prepackaged mini muffin or granola bar and coffee

I usually like staying at extended stays and such but today was horrible. When I first got into my room, I had to use the bathroom. When I open the toilet seat, there were someone else’s urine on the seat. Then I tried to flush and it didn’t flush. I had to leave for my events which lasted a few hours.
