Very poor late check-in experience. Staff member was distracted, lost track of my name and reservation, and took 10 minutes to check me in. Unprofessional!

The 2 worst place I have ever stayed From the moment we checked in-we wished we had gone elsewhere. The hotel was poorly marked at the end of a cul-de-sac, so we had to look for it. The room was worn and had little to be desired. There was no dirty laundry bags, the bathroom was dark-need brighter light, no plastic cups or extra blankets in the room. In the morning there was no hot water for tea/hot chocolate or oatmeal. Also the night clerk had fallen asleep, so the morning shift was yelling to awaken.

Never again! I would not stay here again. Very, very run down. Staff was nice. Rooms are in extreme disprepair.

The room was so dirty had to clean myself beds were never cleaned from last people black hair all threw the sheets and all in tub and bathroom was so degusting

I made a confirmation very early for a two bed suite. It was paid in advance. Upon arrival before 6pm, they had no rooms! The refrigerator did not work, nothing in the kitchens to cook with or clean with and all the food spoiled! None of the outlets worked other than the tv.

WORST PLACE EVER Aside from the desk, not understanding English, we were given keys to an occupied room where we proceeded to scare the bleep out of them @ 12:30 in the morning! It took moving through 3 more rooms before we had the correct number of beds and it was clean. I understand that the country is short-staffed at present, though this was beyond ridiculous I also thought you can no longer smoke in hotels though the floor below me did not get that memo!! It got the job done, but in need of serious renovations. The remote didn’t match the TV. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. There were holes in the walls. Some were repaired with sloppy spackle where they didn’t even bother to sand and paint. Others were just left open and they weren’t caused by tenants, they were unfinished renovation.
