I checked out 1 day early due to the disgusting conditions. The bed linen had not been washed. There was actually greasy film coating the blankets. The refrigerator did not work. The grounds were filthy with cigaretts overfilling the ash trays with butts on the ground. I WILL NOT BE USING TRAVELOCITY AGAIN TO BOOK ROOMS. I CHATED WITH YOUR ONLINE PERSON TO GET A CREDIT OR A REFUND WITHOUT SUCCESS. THE HOTEL WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE IT WAS BOOKED THROUGH TRAVELOCITY. DONE. GOOD BYE

Very disappointed This was the worst hotel experience if ever had. I had my room switched two times before leaving this hotel. The first room smelled of cigarette, the second room had a leaky ceiling and the third from the bathtub was clogged. There was very loud music playing in the room next to me and dogs barking from other rooms. Me and my family ended up leaving the same day then going to another hotel.

Expected better We called to say we’d be checking in after 11 PM but when we entered it took more than 20 minutes to get checked in. They never seemed to find any paperwork with our names on it and just handed us a room key with no paperwork at all attached. The room was musty smelling upon entry and improved slightly once the air conditioner was turned on. The pillow had a faint nicotine smell. I will start by saying the staff were helpful, apologetic and gave me a full refund for the 3 night booked stay. The room: toilet seat loose so moved a lot! Hair in bathroom drawer and also what looked like dried toothpaste in drawer. Mirror was spotless so it had been cleaned. One miniature shampoo and one small soap. Kitchen: walls had dried “stuff” stuck on them, stove knobs filthy, top of fridge had bits on it. Microwave and inside fridge were clean.
