- Hair In The Shower - Broken Mirror - Broken Bathroom Door - Non-operational phone - Loud noise all night long from the room above me and the front desk representative I called at 11:23pm didn’t speak English and couldn’t help me. The General manager lied to Travelocity and said that all their representatives speak English. Untrue. He told me that he only speaks Arabic.

Room furniture old. Carpet had old stains. ELEVATOR did not work Sunday, ir Monday prior to check out. Will not recommend to others, nor will I book this facility again.

Pet fees, manager customer service lacking, bad pl We were there for 24 hours before they mentioned we had to pay a per pet per night fee. We walked our two small dogs past the front desk at check-in, and walked them several times overnight, morning and mid-morning. Each time we walked right past the front desk. Nothing was said.
