They gave multiple room keys to occupied rooms. In the 30 minutes we were there, they made 4 room keys for guests checking in. Every room was already occupied. Those guests walked into occupied rooms with clothes and luggage strewn about. In one instance, the occupant was in their room. We said we would not stay there due to safety concerns. The hotel is older than it looks on the outside. The halls are not bright and the feel is that of a dorm. I had an issue with the door to the room. It did not latch close or lock. When I spoke with Scott, he was very apologetic and offered to move me as the maintenance person was off for the evening. When I reported to Sophie in the morning, she acted as if it was my fault and I should have reported it earlier. She definitely needed an attitude check. For safety issues alone, I would not recommend this hotel.

The towels and wash cloths where dirty as in it was already used . The room smelt like mold I had to air the room out to even breathe
