Gave me the wrong room because they gave someone else the room i ordered. No pillows no blankets for sofa bed no hot water no remote and there was a frog in my room.

I didnt i got charged with out staying.i will never book through expedia again. Thry also sent and email with another location very near. And charged me for that hotel also

The front desk staff wasn’t rude but they weren’t welcoming. I should have known there would be issues for the price I paid. The toilet wasn’t clean. There was hair in the tub. The towels were a little dingy. I dropped something behind the dresser. When I pulled it from the wall, there were several items behind it. I had to use my disposable wipes on the remote. It was sticky. Surprisingly the bed linen appeared to be really clean. The room above sounded like kids were running around. I’ll never stay here again.

Dirty, outdated, unprofessional, creepy Dead bugs and spiderwebs by ac unit & on rug in lobby - weird Front desk person could not find a double room that we had booked (none clean ready available- no upgraded rooms available either) and she kept trying to use her cell phone to call her manager for help to no avail And we waited over an hour and they couldn’t find us the room so we had to eventually leave and find a different NICE hotel at 9 PM at night We left and booked the Marriott residence inn in Fulton and it is gorgeou... read more

Smells and the room, appliances were not clean. The tub had rust stains.

I would not recommend AT ALL First I checked in after regular hours so I knew the front door mswould be locked but I at least thought somebody would be at the desk or close by. After knocking on the door for 5 min maybe more I finally called. No one answered the first time so the second time I knew either the staff was asleep or not close at all to where they should’ve been. Toilet clogged and not secure to the floor, staff not friendly, and breakfast was horrible. Carpet had a dark WET stain on the floor. I rang front desk NUMEROUS times, and no one answered. Not enough soap/shampoo for two people. Gave one bottle, and one bar of soap. Can you imagine if we weren't related? Gross. I even had guests on the elevator tell me how horrible it was. Definitely WILL NOT be back.
