The floor in the lobby and the hallways were not clean . It looked like it had not been vacuumed. The hallway on the 2nd floor smelled extremely bad each day. On the last day the smell was so bad that I could smell it inside of my room. The sheets had stains on them. One of the blankets had hair on it. The towels had stains on them and had hair on them. It’s easy to tell how old the hotel and the rooms are. They need to renovate , repaint the walls , and get new carpet to remove the terrible smell. Also the decor is outdated... read more
Call front desk 3 times about banging noise coming from upstairs and nothing was done
Property was quiet and it was nice to have a kitchen. Grounds were also ok and very close to everything. They do not supply basic kitchen items (like a pot to cook something on the stove) unless you made a list and asked the front desk. There was rarely someone at the desk and you had to stand there for awhile before they wandered out to see what you were there for (like checking in). Room was not clean. I had a reservation. Called in afternoon to say I would be checking in late. At check in..NO ROOMS! It is sold out for hours radius...still have no room for the night!
The room smelled like cat urine. The air conditioning unit leaked all over the floor and rug was soaked. Had to unplug refrigerator because of loud banging noise coming from it. Couldn’t close curtains fully. Room 102 had an awful cat piss aroma! Disgusting, will not recommend or stay there ever again.
The room had a smell. Also did not take cash.
Great location in regards to Merriweather Post Pavilion. However, did NOT like the massive spider in the bathroom.
