Bad experience. Rooms are dirty and falling apart. No ac in our room. No engineer on sight no manager. Curtain rods falling, kitchen dirty and tables light bulbs were out. It was not worth the price. Manager if you see this review please get some employees. Thank you.

No breakfast was available any of four mornings I was there. Staff tried to blame Labor Day holiday, but I arrived Wednesday night. Kitchen supplies are not in room, you must request at desk. No ice bucket in room. Never again.

This was not my first time here but it was bad. Hard to find someone to check in, got a room that had not been cleaned and had to transfer next day keys not working for everyone who stepped out right after midday of course could not get anyone to fix that for close to 2 hrs. Next day got a room with a bathroom that did not flush and when I told front desk, they asked if I needed a plunger!!!

Horrible mildew/mold smell in room. Stains, cobwebs etc.

This hotel is terrible, both rooms we had smelled absolutely terrible and the place was run down and old.

Stay somewhere else It was about 90 degrees in our room when we arrived and the knob on the ac was broke. There was no bedding for the pullout sofa and they also had no pillows. It wasn’t dirty but it certainly had maintenance and readiness issues. Would avoid next time.

Not happy! I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and I got a full size bed and a sofa bed which was ok but I had no sheets or cover or pillows for the sofa bed so I called down to the front office and they said they didn’t have any pillows but I could come down to the front desk and get my sheets and covers so when I got down there I told him I needed 2 more pillows because I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids and all he could say was sorry we don’t have any extra pillows I said it’s not extra there should be enough pil... read more

I booked two separated rooms. Staff just gave us one at check in, without as much as an apology for their mistake. Never had this issue before at any hotel; absolutely terrible service. On top of that, cleanliness of rooms left a lot to be desired, and utter lack of convenience items that should be there in a supposedly extended stay hotel. Stay away from this establishment. Certainly not worth the room rates they charge.
