This hotel was absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at!!!! We was on a 2 week vacation with no maid service, limited front desk clerk, had too take the towels down every evening so we could get clean ones which was hard because we were out late every night sightseeing and couldn’t be back in time for the exchange, no social distances was in force nor was the mask!!! This hotel should be shut down!!!!

Bad hotel, smells, dirty rooms. Just made bed and left it looked as if it had been no real cleaning for months

THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY SHEETS AND HAIR EVERYWHERE AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO TELL FRONT DESK THEY WAS GONE I LEFT THAT NASTY PLACE THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE SOAP OR NOTHING IN THE BATHROOM

Dirty and uncomfortable The floors were filthy, both in the room and common areas. Even though it was supposed to be a smoke -free property, my room smelled like an ashtray. Extra charge for EVERYTHING, including clean linens, which weren’t even clean to begin with (see pics)! The bed was so uncomfortable (once I stripped it down to the mattress and bleached everything), I couldn’t stay there. Checked out 2 days before the end of my paid week. Service was SLOW or non-existent.

How am i supposed to know your horrible web site hotels.com allowed us to book a room online after check in had already not been allowed. How is your system such a joke that it takes our money with a zero percent refund with a reservation impossible to check into. Wrong hours of operation posted on the website. I strongly sugest to any one who values their money to never book threw hotels.com.
