Toilet had urine stains and hair all over it. Blanket was just two sheets and was not warm. Staff was nice.

The only thing I liked is that it had a roof. Everything else about the place was horrible. If i could have gotten refunded and went to a different hotel I would have. But they denied us a refund and denied us to switch to a diferent room. So we had to go buy cleaning supplies and wash the linens. Which we didnt want to but had to so that the kids wouldnt get anything on them from there. Still our 3 year old got sick while staying there. It could have been from the mold in the bathroom. I disliked everything about this property. The upstairs room flooded and it flowed down into my room causing it to flood out. I was not accommodated for anything. My smoke detectors didn’t work after this incident and I was made to stay in that room the remainder of my staff. The staff is very rude and unhelpful. The front desk agent always charges extra fees for their own reasons. This hotel is by far the worst I have every stayed in.
