Horrible guest experience Front desk was closed, so had to dial 500 from lobby phone for attendant on call. Tried calling from that phone and to the hotel frone desk phone number for almost an hour. No answer at all. Finally was able to get soneone by chance when calling out to attendant who just happened to go behind desk/enclosure. No apologies. Nice and quiet but the staff sucks....the male clerk is prejudice and snotty...very unprofessional...needs to be fired or moved Where's no inaction with customers..if they're going to keep him around there will be a law suit coming....

I checked inn after 10, didn’t know the front desk closed at ten. No soaps in the bathroom were offered.

rooms were dirty and the hotel smelled. I will never stay there again. We were traveling through and driving all day just to have a dirty room and no bed sheets or anything.

No amenities. Not even soap in the bathroom to wash our hands. Had a kitchen in the room but had absolutely no silverware/pots/plates/pans/etc to use.

You can hear through the walls amd our next door neighbor was fighting the whole time- very loudly. Room/floor was not clean. Need better or more pillows.

This motel has the most uncomfortable beds. Cockroaches, dirty, uncomfortable. Staff unfriendly. Soooo bad we didn’t even stay the whole time even though it was already paid for in advance. Not only one of the worst motels but so nasty I willingly rented another motel and lost money because you don’t get your money back for a motel paid in advance 😡
