Uncleanly The cleanliness of this hotel was far below acceptable. If we had had another option we would have moved out. The staff did do their best to RE-clean the room and replace the bedding. It was a very nice thing but it unfortunately was a much deeper issue than what they were capable of cleaning in a short period of time.

Disliked everything. Would not even pay $20 for a room here. Treated disrespectfully by manager. Receptionist makes mistake at billing, although to her crediit she was patient and kind to the people complaining when i got there who were rude to her. Hope she finds a better job. GM comes to my room banging on door demanding to see my reservation without even identifying herself. My son and i were speechless. Room stunk. Floors sticky. I certainly did announce that I was front desk, but you may not have heard me since your son was the one at the door. The front seat guys was very nice, but other then him the place was super sketchy and the room was not clean The Tub felt grimy, the floors felt sticky , the tub drain was invaded with black mold, the beds made my mom and I itch, the blanket had cigarette burns in it There was only two tiny little pieces of soap and a tiny little bottle of shampoo…. The rooms looked clean and decently decorated BUT - There was smoking everywhere, many rooms smelled of smoke or unidentifiable nastiness. It was noisy from people talking loudly in the corridors at all hours. There was no breakfast or even hot water available. We intended to stay 5 nights but had to leave after one because my son's asthma was activated by all the smoke and whatever other stuff the smells were a result of. The staff was wonderful and tried to help the best they could but the problem was the property itself.

Don't stay there Book room online rooms were supposed to be side by side because of special need kid when getting there the front deck put is wherever they want to
