Horrible trashy room Horrible I always stay at extended stay and never have I experienced the dirtiest room ever. I will never recommend this hotel. Very rude service they gave my 2queen bed away to some other person that didn’t have a booking and just walked in I had booked months in advanced they I get lied to they are are over booked and the room was not quarantined. Shower curtain was broken, water was coming outside, fan was very noisy, breakfast was only rotten oatmeal packets, my partner threw up. STAFF WAS RUDE!!!!

The staff was friendly. Service was terrible. There were no plates, silverware, coffee maker, coffee, or napkins in the room. You have to go to the front desk and get them. They won’t bring them to you. The property is severely neglected. The duvet was stained, the sheets were stained, the front door to the room was loose (It didn’t close very tightly, the bolt didn’t work, and the safety latch was barely holding in place). NEVER consider this hotel - Threats and extortion Absolutely DO NOT consider booking this hotel. They showed up (a day after I already checked in) and told me they "had an issue with my payment" and I needed to pay the entire amount again or they were kicking me out. I showed them the receipt (and emailed it to them, they didn't care.) I booked this weeks in advance and paid the entire thing up front. What kind of service is that? Some staff were friendly and knowledgeable some were unprofessional and clearly not trained. Coffee was not ready in the morning. Not much for grab n go breakfast. Always having to call for someone because staff was never at front desk. Denver area Extended Stays have been a serious disappointment. I will not ever book Extended Stay again. Expedia may want to reevaluate this business relationship.

This place sucks. No ice machine. No dishes or utensils and a sad little breakfast set up. No fan in bathroom and not even a queen size bed. How they can call this place "extended stay" is beyond me.
