The room was a mess, the outlets didn’t work. The property in general was run down and filthy.

There was no problem with hotel, the problem was with Expedia. I reserved a cancellable room. I cancelled before noon with both Expedia and the hotel, yet was still billed!!

Abysmal and Pathetic Reserved room with 2 double beds only to find none available. Toilet broke in one room and fire alarm in the other. Breakfast for two were just granola bars - worse than 7-11. Front desk manager apparently having to clean rooms with many ‘out of service’.

I did not stay as my confirmed reservation was not honored when I arrived at the location.

Not sure what I expected. It smelled really bad, the tub was chipped on the inside in big chunks and the area felt unsafe. The only benifit was that it's really close to a popular shopping area in cherry creek.
