Expensive for what was received. Will never stay here again. Overpriced, far outdated, not kept up. Not a good experience.
Random people hanging out in the parking lot day and night was odd and made me uncomfortable. Walking around in our room made our feet super dirty like we were walking around outside. Being so close to Cherry Creek, I thought this hotel would be half-way decent. I was wrong.
It is a Old lodge not a hotel . It was a poor cleaning .Not at all like a hotel .More like a lodge .Very old furniture and equipment .Breakfast is Muffin & Coffee . Room Door is not closing .Hairs in bath tub .Dust can be clearly seen in Kitchen Platforms and furniture . Hotel management mentioned that do not leave anything in Car .Customer will be responsible for any losses .
It is run down. Gave me a key to occupied room, new room, the remote was gone, new remote did not function, new batteries. Lamp not functioning on wall, internet was terrible could not read Washington Post. Will never stay there again.
Uncleanly The cleanliness of this hotel was far below acceptable. If we had had another option we would have moved out. The staff did do their best to RE-clean the room and replace the bedding. It was a very nice thing but it unfortunately was a much deeper issue than what they were capable of cleaning in a short period of time.
Disliked everything. Would not even pay $20 for a room here. Treated disrespectfully by manager. Receptionist makes mistake at billing, although to her crediit she was patient and kind to the people complaining when i got there who were rude to her. Hope she finds a better job. GM comes to my room banging on door demanding to see my reservation without even identifying herself. My son and i were speechless. Room stunk. Floors sticky.
