Some staff were friendly and knowledgeable some were unprofessional and clearly not trained. Coffee was not ready in the morning. Not much for grab n go breakfast. Always having to call for someone because staff was never at front desk. Denver area Extended Stays have been a serious disappointment. I will not ever book Extended Stay again. Expedia may want to reevaluate this business relationship.

This place sucks. No ice machine. No dishes or utensils and a sad little breakfast set up. No fan in bathroom and not even a queen size bed. How they can call this place "extended stay" is beyond me.

The room was a mess, the outlets didn’t work. The property in general was run down and filthy.

There was no problem with hotel, the problem was with Expedia. I reserved a cancellable room. I cancelled before noon with both Expedia and the hotel, yet was still billed!!

Abysmal and Pathetic Reserved room with 2 double beds only to find none available. Toilet broke in one room and fire alarm in the other. Breakfast for two were just granola bars - worse than 7-11. Front desk manager apparently having to clean rooms with many ‘out of service’.

I did not stay as my confirmed reservation was not honored when I arrived at the location.
