The could use some updating and better cleaning. Barhtub drian was not operational so couldn't take a bath warer pressure was horrible. Old candy on the couch.

Billy the front desk clerk was very nice , professional. But the room we stayed in was deplorable. No mattress pad on the mattress, dirt stains on the mattress. The shower tub was very old , with stains , chips , and Luke warm water at best with low water pressure . No hair dryer , kitchenette white cabinets were coated with yellow brown cooking stains . Fridge was clean . The seating pull out couch had dog hair embedded into the underneath fabric, and the cushions were caving in . There were guys sitting under the stairways... read more

I didn’t like that we didn’t receive any room cleaning service and at check out were informed there was a protocol to revive room cleaning when the first full day we asked for service and we’re not informed and we’re told it would be done kind of a bummer since the room was already not the cleanest when we arrived for our first night of vacation

Horrible Place This was a terrible place to stay. It was dirty, there was still food in the fridge from the previous guests. Will never stay here again. Had to leave after first night of a three night reservation.

There was no one at the office to check me in. One of the housekeepers had to track her down physically because she didn't answer her phone. Waited around 30 minutes with 4 other people. The room was not terribly clean. Pet hair from previous stays everywhere. The tub was slick as ice. I had to hang onto the bar with one hand at all times so I didn't fall. Positives: The bed actually didn't suck, and there were no bedbugs.
