I found hair in the nightstand, the air gray in the bathroom was astoundingly filthy! Many more small details that I don’t want to go into.

Granted we got a last minute room and it was very affordable the room condition was pretty gross. There was lettuce on the floor leading us to believe that it was not vacuumed and stains all over the carpet. The bathroom counter had stubble (hair) on it as if someone had shaved over the counter and it was not cleaned. The room was non-smoking but was potent of cigarette smoke smell. Wasn’t prepared for this property. As a female traveling alone don’t stay here, Luckily I had my older son with otherwise I would have felt unsafe. Sheets and towels were clean but almost everything else was dirty. First go out keys couldn’t get us in, at revisiting the office one worked. Next morning, the so called breakfast was packets of oatmeal and a few granola bars. They even ran out of coffee before service was over and didn’t refill or remake any more. I guess it was just a place to sleep and nothing more.

Reservation wasn't honored They did not have a room for me, and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Absolute indifference.
