Found a bed bug in my son's bed! The room was dirty, there were no dishes or utensils to cook with, the drawers were broken, lights were broken, towels and bedding were stained! Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

If you're desperate for a suite-type hotel, this place will work, but it is a fleabag overall.

Filthy room. Didnt have a choice it was too late to go somewhere else. Because my father is in the hospital we tried to extend our stay (after we cleaned our own room) and they were rude and made me jump through Hoops.

Checked in early and then went to a concert. When I got back to the hotel the room had never been cleaned. NO Sheets, No Blanket. But plenty of trash and ALOT of funk in the air. They wouldn't give me a new room! They gave me sheets and said MAKE YOUR OWN BED! After I made the bed that's when I realized now blankets, back to lobby, NO blankets where clean come back in an hour. It was already 1 am. I stayed in another hotel across the street. They refunded but what a horrible place.

Horrible experience all the way!!!! Expedia screwed up everything! Got to the hotel, my res.# and itinerary # was in someone else’s name. No room, no service, nowhere to stay and Expedia did nothing to fix the situation. Was on hold forever then offered a room at another hotel for more than 2x the cost of the one I reserved. Horrible customer service and horrible result!!! Ruined our night in town to see a show. Super pissed off!!

The room was dirty small room should not be 2 beds should only be 1 bed The carpet has lots of stains wall had cow webs all over The people at the front desk very rude We booked for 3 nights payed for 3 canceled us after 2 and when i went to get the third night back they wanted to charge us double Would not recommend and will not stay again We cut our trip short went home a day early
