Staff was ok, but she was complaining about people yelling at her. We got our keycard & the steps up to the room were filthy with trash & cigarette butts. We get to our room & the door is ajar. I push on it & a man is in there! We apologized & went back to the office. She acted confused that it was occupied & blamed the cleaning staff. We get another keycard & make it to an empty room. The room was absolutely disgusting. They had plastic wrap over the fire detector. A staff member tried to walk in randomly. The property is nasty! Don’t stay here if you want anything remotely clean. The only reason we stayed here is because they were the “cheapest” around for $140 a night because of stupid concerts going on. Ridiculous. For shame.. Had to clean things off before I could use it There was spots on side table and main table which were sticky as was the floor. The bathroom mirror needed cleaned and there were more spots which should have been caught on counters. I had a cleaning business and would never leave a room in such condition

The location was good, but the building needs to be updated. The elevator didn't work. Some tenants complained about air-conditioning not working. The elevator buttons were grimy. The facility needed painting. It was shabby and sad. The employees were sweet and helpful, but clearly understaffed and overwhelmed.
