Terrible Room was disgusting and my vehicle was broken into and almost stolen in the parking lot

The room was not ready when we arrived. The clerk was rude and had an attitude. The parking lot and the stairs were absolutely filthy.It appeared there was some type of grease on the rocks in the flower beds and same on stair treads. This place needs a huge cleaning, including the clerk.

Beware! Reservation & payment mean nothing! BEWARE! My hotel was fully paid for ahead of time. My flight was delayed and I arrived shortly after midnight after taking a $105 Uber to this hotel 45 min from the airport only to find that even though I had a reservation that was fully paid in advanced, they classify themselves, unbeknown to anyone in the world nor their policies, that they are first come first serve and they have no room available for me because they have given all the available rooms away.
