Lady at front desk gave me the run around telling me that none of my bank cards could be used for incidentals and refused to accommodate me in anyway shape or form because she had filled out all the rooms even though i had a reservation. When confronted by expedia about the booking the lady said she offered to send me to another extended stay but that i refused because it was 20 minutes away. She never offered me anything and was very unprofessional

No Vacancies I actually did not stay here - despite making a reservation, I was told when I arrived that there were no rooms available. I had to go over to the Quality Inn and make a last minute reservation there for $100. I really hope I'm refunded.
