Disgusting rooms We needed an emergency place to stay that would take pets. I reserved the first rooms that popped up on Hotels.com. I usually research the reviews first but needed something quickly. Got a room for husband and me, one for daughter and SIL. 1st room was FILTHY! Trash on the floor, bed unmade, just gross. Daughter's room was ok, but A/C barely worked. JUST SAY NOPE I didn’t stay. The room was awful and REEKED of cigarette smoke. Tried multiple rooms, all the same. The bed was lumpy, the carpet old and stained. The bottom of the cabinet in the kitchen was all rusted. Graffiti scratched into the stairwells, elevator filthy.

I will never book this hotel chain again Confirmation# was given for a room, I arrived at 9pm of the reservation and was told there was no rooms/clean rooms available. No cause of concern or empathy for not having a room available after there was a confirmation through Hotels.com I proceeded to try and contact hotels within 20 miles of where we were and non-available. They gave my reservation away. Put me in a lesser room then i paid for. Sink was clogged up. Room smlled like urine. Chair was so dirty we couldn't sit in them. Drug addicts were everywhere on the property

Would Not Recommend It! I am usually pretty generous with my ratings but my stay here was honestly horrible and I could not wait to leave. When I checked in the cleaning lady was still in my room cleaning for 45 minutes while I waited in the hallway. The entire hotel felt dirty and grimey. The fire alarm went off on different occasions 3 out of the 5 days I stayed here. One of these times was at 4:30 in the morning.
