Horriable hotel
I would not recommend this place First of all when I arrived to check in they did not have the type of room I booked online. So no big deal I agreed to keep the room and the would give me a discount. When I got to the room it was extremely small and musty. Also there were no trash can in the room and not enough towels. The room was not very clean.
Rude staff, and sub par rooms I arrived 15 mins before check in and was told I’d have to wait. I waited. The first room I was given would not open. I think someone was still in the room. The second was trashed, literally garbage all over the floor. Obviously not ready for a new guest. The third room was noisy and missing the tv remote. Missing the drain stopper in the bathtub. So over all a bad stay. Will not ever stay here again.
Filthy! Dirty! The worst place! Dirty! Ghetto! Stairs to our room where filthy and looked like someone got shot and the blood was dried up on the stairs. Trash everywhere! Rooms smelly and dirty! Hairs in the bathroom sink and shower/tub! Never staying here ever!
I’m homeless and I’d rather live on the street We have stayed in a lot of hotels the past year after losing our housing due to the pandemic, and hands down this was the worst one I’ve been to. Staff we did see did not follow any mask protocol, staff were MIA from the main office (unable to get dishes/silverware), the phone in our room to get ahold of after hours staff did not work, the property is littered with trash and very sketchy residents. Property was dirty dog poop everywhere, pee smell as well. Huge gap between the door and outside. Air/heater didn’t work in my room tub didn’t drain properly. The staff was amazing
