Dirty and Full of Short Term Housing tenants. Floor, even though vinyl planks, was extremely dirty and looked like it had never seen a mop in its lifetime. Not sure if this was really an extended stay hotel but rather extended stay renters, not real comforting.

I didn’t like the staff first of. Rude and unprofessional. The room was dirty, smells like smoked, no soap had to ask the front desk. It’s just bad. Worst I’ve ever stayed at.

Floor not vacuumed and small single beds. Weak grab n go breakfast

First 2 keys to our room did not work. Finally got in to our room and our dog managed to find a half empty can of cat food under the bed, along with some Nerf gun darts, and an empty beer can. Seeing as how I'm allergic to cats I was worried my allergies would flare up and sure enough they did. Really poor job of cleaning.

The room had a foul odor, the king-size bed was hard and had 2 tiny pillows, the shower and sink took a long time to drain, no remote for the TV, the breakfast was granola bars. For $150+, that's a ridiculous amount to pay for a motel that's advertised as a hotel with amenities.

The room needed to be vacuumed (crumbs in the corners) and there was hair in the bathtub and along the bathroom sink. Location was great for the events we were attending and the service was good. My husband did inform the staff about the things we were displeased with and they did seem concerned!

Could not check after confirmed reservation with Expedia. The hotel was over noodles and it took me nearly 4 hours to get my refund back after spending time to travel to the hotel with waste of time and my gas. Extremely disappointed with this service.

WAS UNABLE TO BE CHECKED IN DUE TO DESK AGENT NOT BEING ABLE TO LOGIN TO SOFTWARE. EMPLOYEE LEFT OFFICE TO MANUALLY CHECK ROOMS FOR VACANCY WITOUT KNOWING WHICH ROOMS WERE OCCUPIED OR VACANT! LEFT OFFICE AFTER 25 MINUTES WITOUT RESOLUTION OR EMPLOYEE RESTURNING TO DESK. DOD NOT CHECK IN OR STAY! REQUESTING FULL REFUND FOR UNUSED BOOKING! SHADY OPERATION!

There was still hair in the bathtub and shower. Hair was on the back of the toilet, the base of the toilet and around the floor. The stove top was grimy and dirty. The refrigerator still had old food and chocolate milk in a clear half gallon container that looked chunky. We got our money back and went somewhere else.
