Bad stay in Lakewood The heater in our room could barely maintain 60 degrees at night. When I reported this to the young man at the desk, he told me nothing could be done about it. When I asked about changing rooms he said he wasn’t going to create an “extra room to clean”. I look for another hotel, but it was Thanksgiving week and nothing seemed available. So we purchased space heaters. There was also about ten inches of snow and the parking lot wasn’t cleared. Never staying at Extended stay again.

Meh No microwave, heat turned off and on every 5 minutes all night. No pillows when I checked in

overbooked!!! My “guaranteed” room was overbooked! Had to spend double for the night. Hotels.com not at all helpful with receiving credit back to my account. I will NEVER use hotels.com again. Terrible first experience!

I booked for 3 nights never received room service had to sit my trash outside the door and no one never picked up till the end of day mind you I see housekeep everyday but nope never came to my room had to switch rooms just to get another room with out heat

Left a coat called to get it office lady said no one turned it in. Asked her to ask Katie the maid. No call back. Room was not vacuumed.
