notified hotel of the flight arrival being change fir the 3rd time - our arrival to hotel would be very late , after midnight. Was informed it was noted and all ok Arrived to hotel and our room was no longer reserved- we lost it due to late arrival - they did not have another non smoking rm but had s smking only that all would get resolved in the morn when the ofc opens - never was resolved- in fact i had to go to ofc to get some service , manager was rude , seemed high on something, was trying to aggravate the situation, se... read more

Not clean enough, Breakfast is just some cookies, there are better choices for less money. Overall not value for money.

There was no pool or hot tub the carpet was stained looked like an old motel 6 they refurbished People were out in the parking lot till 2am drinking and yelling

room was a disaster..dirty abd neglected

The price was cheaper which should've been an indication. I had to ask for a coffee pot and a hair dryer which was no big deal except the front desk person wasn't clear about that. The staff were very friendly. The grab and go breakfast was fair but no fresh fruit. Cigarette butts were on the stairwell and sidewalks.

DO NOT STAY HERE. super gross. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room they gave us, someone was already staying in- so we walked in on them. The new room was disgusting. Smelled like someone just smoke a carton of cigarettes. I had no choice but to leave, the floor was black, I could only imagine the sheets where unclean. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND.

I like the fact we had a smoking room but to get into a room that suppose to have pots and pans to cook and there was nothing was very disturbing the fact I had to buy food out because I couldn’t cook in my room and had to buy food outside which I did not plan on doing. Also to have a toilet seat with dried urine on it was totally disgusting I had to go out to Walmart and get bleach to clean the bathroom as it was not previously cleaned or properly cleaned because it was too late and the only room available at the time.
