Room wasnt cleaned. Dog hair on the sofa. Pee soaked stained carpet. Dog hair all over the floor. Smelled like cigarettes. No hot water in the shower and wouldn't drain. Room 240! Non smoking room. Not worth the $150!

Well first I show up and they tell me they may not have a. Room they are over booked. We did end up getting one then we get back at 2 am after a concert and we cannot get in our room! We have to go get someone he tries he also cannot get in our room tells us it must be the batteries! So he leaves for prob 20-30 min and finally returns after we’ve been waiting outside our room the whole time and changes the batteries and lets us in! I understand things happen but we didn’t get so much as an apology for the inconvenience

The area was good; however, the quality of service was poor and it appears that the Wi-Fi was so bad that it crashed my laptop.

I was given a room ,that as soon as i unloaded my luggage,would open because tje door was jammed! The front desk knew about the problem and gave me maintenance tools to break in to the room, or said she would switch us, so i asked what about all my stuff inside the room? She said she doesnt know how to get in sorry!! So i broke in the room using the tools . And then proceeded to ask for a different room ! Which she was upset about! Left me stranded Called to ensure late check and was assured not a problem. I arrived at 12:15 to find a locked check in office. The phone outside stated dial 0 for late check in. No one answered. I was then connected to Guatamala City to a gentleman who tried to track down the attendant unsuccessfully. Reserved a non smoking room, on arrival none available.. Room was setup but not truly clean. No toilet paper.
