Overnight front desk personnel was very rude. She acted like we were bothering or inconveniencing her when we asked for a new room key because ours wasn't working and also when we asked for change to use the vending machine.

Disgusting room Hair in tub. Smelled of old grease. Even penetrated my wool coat. Checked out after 1 night. They refuse to refund my.money for the 3 unused nights

It was affordable for a short duration stay, but do not be fooled with the term “continental breakfast”. I do not think that oatmeal packets, grocery store muffins/breakfast bars, and two coffee dispensers is any continental breakfast I have experienced in the past. Front desk staff was helpful in resolving my lack of bath linens after the second trip to the front desk that morning.

I wish I can give this hotel a zero. The front desk associate Carrie was horrendous. She never smiled when we approached the counter. My father in law had trouble with the credit card machine and she said “press red X” since he didn’t want to put in his PIN #. That was incorrect. After the 3rd time trying, she said “we wouldn’t be doing this if you didn’t do it right the first time”. SO INAPPROPRIATE. Small tv. Dresser draws broken, due to weekend we was told we had to replinish our on towels and bed sheets never was changed

This place was the worst that I’ve ever stayed in. Next time I’ll stay at the comfort inn suites because they had better amenities and were much more friendlier. Also their continental breakfast consisted of coffee and a granola bar most days that we were there. One day we got a muffin before they ran out. Their hotel was not clean that room was semi-dirty.
