My "UNSAFE" experience undermined even any small, minor "likes" I may have had. The only guests I crossed paths with were young, disrespectful, thug, hoodlum, trash. The desk clerk, Jisel, was obnoxious and sorely lacked any manners at all, nor did she possess any good judgment. In fact, Jisel appeared to be a party to the whole "thug" scene. Room just looked worn out and beat on. Loose toilet seat. Dirty refrigerator. And I really wasn't impressed one bit with the piles of cigarette butts outside of the exit doors. Days to a weeks worth.

Front desk staff was extremely rude unprofessional and rude!! Days later still no follow up from management to address the issues I raised. Kitchens were old and very much outdated. Some towels left in my room were old and ripped.
