People were screaming in the room next to me for the majority of the night. Nothing was done about it nor was I offered a different room in spite of the commotion. Staff was very stand offish and not very friendly at all. Won’t be staying here again

The property was not what I expected. And the idea that you have to request for dishes etc. And a coffee pot in the room is super crazy. Hotel rooms with no kitchen have a coffee pot in it without request for it and then being told there isn't one to be given to me is even more mind blowing. The only thing I can say I liked was that there was a cart to load your bags to go to your room. There was a chair in my room that was dirty and soiled I had to ask for another one

When I first checked in my room was not cleaned they had to transfer me to another room even though they told me the hotel was sold out when I first came when I asked if I can switch room because the one I booked was handicap

Good location near shopping & restaurants. Poor building conditions - parking lot was flooded; drywall repairs not painted; poor attachment of towel rack and closet; dirty carpet; windows not working.

This property was very loud. Doors slammed all hours of the night. Water pressure was terrible in the bathroom. The rod to the towel rack kept falling off. The smell wasn't so great as well. Seemed very outdated.

Crazy dirty.... bed was awful. Smelled like smoke in the halls.
