SHOCKED! NOT EXTENDED STAY! I stay at Extended Stay so much it feels Like Home. However, I stayed at your extended stay two times in Novi Michigan . From the start it felt like home , Front desk was helpful and friendly... However the rooms (both time I stayed there) we're not vacuumed.....I'm a male and I hate to admit this😏 but I'm scared of rodents (no you didn't have rodents) but there was a big ball of black hair or something that was left by the bed that made me think it was a mouse or something.. You get what you pay for.... The carpet looked worn and dirty. The room smelled like damp mold. The kitchenette was dirty and outdated. The table’s laminate was coming off. The pillows were uncomfortable.

Good location. However, clerk was not welcoming at all, just asked for my last name and my credit card. Not even a hello or good afternoon. Room was not vacuumed. No coffee maker or blow dryer. I found a bar of soap in the bed under the fitted sheet. It was an unused bar of soap, still in the wrapper, but in the bed? Air conditioning/ heating unit was loud.

The hotel does not want to provide basic amenities. Had to request bathroom tissue and they refused to give facial tissue. They simply lie that they do not have any. Continental breakfast is the most terrible I had seen in any hotels in the last 35 years of traveling. The bed ahve bugs and we got rash sleeping in it. Everything was broken including toilet seats and security lock.NEVER EVER STAYING THERE!!!!!!!

The room had an odor it smelled stale and like a dog or many dogs had lived here.

Needs a lot of work .. Well I guess you get what you pay for . 1. While walking to my room the hallways drop ceiling has some real rust and mildew issues that seriously needs to be addressed .2 . My entire room smelled like someone dropped a case of beer inside of it .. the bed sheets smelled as if they weren’t fresh at all .. just made up not changed and cleaned .i was so tired .. I slept on top of the comforter no energy to get up and tell the front counter .. very very low budget the dresser drawer has screws holding them... read more

Pleasant stay, Not! Not a good place for an enjoyable evening at a Motel. No coffee pot, no hairdryer. I learned I do not want to stay at an extended stay Motel!

I'm Sorry that you were not happy with your stay. We do provide coffee pots and hair dryers. Coffee pots are not kept in the rooms for sanitary reasons. If you would have asked the front desk they would have been more than happy to provide you with both.
