I have no clue how this happened or how's fault it was but my reservation I had made over 2 weeks prior was arbitrarily canceled by either the hotel or Expedia. I was left stranded at 11pm with no room, no explanation and no help at all in trying to find other accommodations. Regardless of what company did it... I will NEVER stay at Extended Stay again.... nor will I be using Expedia as my go to for reservations. Hello Bookings.com

The staff was friendly. My room was filthy, from the floor up. The first room they gave me reeked of smoke. The second one was so filthy! I had to clean up myself. I just couldn’t stay the night. Ended up going and got my money back. Never again!

Don’t book a room and expect them to have it. They will lie to you and send you to another hotel they own and have them tell the truth to you. Asked them to cancel the reservation and ETHAN (brown curly hair and glasses who lies) said they will and did nothing ! 1 week later still no refund. This place is a joke . Call 3 days later to speak with a manager . No call back . Seems like they forgot who the customer is. Want to waste your time and be sent on a wild goose chase go here!

Very disappointing!!! No bottled water available. Machine that dispenses water (have to pay for) was broken. No drinking fountains available. Was I supposed to drink from the kitchen sink? The hotel has no ice available. Kitchen is advertised as fully equipped. No utensils or eating supplies—nothing. Had to ask front desk for utensils.
