No rooms available took over 3 hrs for another location.. That location had technical issues and could not receive Hotel.Com business credit card payment.. Awful!! So, by 3am to find another hotel room. Just awful could hardly drive wasn’t safe. No refund.. Or Free Room..

Worst hotel experience ever, don’t stay there! Did not end up staying there. The first room they gave me was occupied by someone else. The 2nd room they gave me had not been cleaned, bed was unmade, towels all over etc. The third room they gave me had an out of order sign on it. Opened the door and the bathroom was being repaired. For 2 days I had to complain to front desk about the smell of cigarette smoke in my hallway. Housekeeping should have noticed. The hallways, stairways, and elevator wrre dirty. For the area and the Extended Stay brand name I was vrry disappointed.

Average Furnace was very noisy and no breakfast served average.

The clerk who checked us in was rude and quit the next day. Electrical outlet in bathroom came out of wall. No coffee maker in room. Extra charge to clean room. Dirty drawer in kitchen filled with filth. Must ask for dishes or silverware. Sheets were worn. Furniture was very worn. Formica counters were dingy and were falling apart. Refrigerator hummed all night. Only one dolly to take luggage, which was not available for our use.

They aren't salting the sidewalks. I have asked housekeeping to come for almost a month. I have asked them to address the cloudy water in the kitchen faucet for almost a month. The elevator broke down for a whole weekend because maintenance wasn't around. The handicapped button doesn't work on the entrance door. The carts to move in are broken.I was given a dirty coffee pot.
