Bugs in room, people smoking and hanging out outside my room, man walking pitbull and looks like a lot of homeless people live there.

My wife felt very unsafe when she arrived. There was not any staff present. We had to track down a manager via multiple calls. Upon checking the room smelled and was dirty. She booked another hotel and didn’t stay at the property. We were charged for 2 nights and so far orbitz and extended stay have not helped to get me a refund. Shame on orbitz for making me deal directly with extended stay. Shame on extended stay for making this process so difficult. I would stay away from both of these companies.

Aweful....just awful

Never Again! NOT GOOD! The main reason we chose this hotel is so we could cook. They don’t provide and dishes or silverware or cookware. The room smelled musky and of smoke. The bathroom had visible mold stains and was not clean. I cut my reservation short and went to another hotel after seeing a roach.

Dirty floors, dirty bathroom, stained sink and fridge.

Prepaid room not honored - hotel full - turned out I was turned away due to hotel being full. I will expect & pursue a refund from Hotels.com
