Disgusting! There were body fluid stains on the bathroom ceiling. My 8yo woke up talking about a “crusty yogurt spot” on the sheets of her side of the bed. So many things wrong!

Injured in room during stay. The desk chair on roller wheels rolled out from under me on the concrete floor. I took a severe fall landing on the back of my head. I skinned my left forearm which bled all night. I am seeking medical attention this morning. I could get no rest because of kids running and playing outside my room.
