Never again The room had a slight odor but nothing over powering. The tv was very small and the dresser that it sat on was very old and falling apart. Tried to call the front desk but the phone was broken. Just overall a great hotel brand but that property needs some serious renovation. Couldn’t take a shower because the tub was dirty and very nasty looking.

Good location. Good Price. No breakfast. Carpet are smelling. No amenities.

Receptionist was crazy, think she was high. Smelled like someone had been chain smoking for days in the room prior, even though there were tons of signs indicating it was a no smoking room. Bathroom floor was sticky. Bathroom mirror was covered in toothpaste spit. Bedsheets felt like cheap shower curtains. Didn’t feel safe here either.

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our housekeeping and front office departments since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and it has been inspected by a supervisor. The check in was okay. They were checking mail and talking with others while checking me in. When I got to the room, there was not tissue in the bathroom and the door was already open.

Worst hotel experience ever!!!! Horrible experience not what the website portrayed unsafe ares welfare type hotel loud long term guests disgusting room not even I have pictures to prove it rude check in was put in room 327 not eve told where to go climbed 3 flights of stairs to fin out out room was around back at 11 at night after long travel horrible couldn’t sleep felt completely unsafe with my fiancé would have left if not so late. I know I didn’t book the ritz but completely unacceptable

Won't repeat this stay The check-in process took forever and the room was disappointing. Bathroom sink constant drip, sign on inside of door about how to deal with mold in the room, it also said furniture was bad and needed to be replaced, there was no comforter (was more like a top sheet), pillows were small and horrible, sink was stained or had crud in it not sure - tried to wipe it but was too grossed out.

When I first arrived I had to wait to be checked in. The room was dirty, deadbolt bugs in the bathroom, open soap packages in the closet, trash under the beds, stopped up sink, one pillow. I have video to bag it up as well.
