New staff One you need to Hire Room service staff because be nasty the whole weekend ine of the rm had a dirty diaper under the bed and the bed was made be dirty sheet on the bed

Dirty As a approached the first room they assigned to me I noticed the door was opened and the bed had not been made (mind you I didn’t check in until after 10pm). The second room was so dirty, there were no toiletries, there were dead bugs all over and live ones on the towels, the floor looked as if it was never vacuumed, there was mold and hair all in the shower. Expedia should not be connected to this place. Room was dirty, run down, and area, people there seemed unsafe.

BBB (Bad breath burgler) NASTY When we got to our room the was about a foot open. We could see someone had been setting on the bed where the pillows were stacked up. Told girlfriend to take stuff back down to go to UNC hospital. Young lady at desk said no one had been in the room. She didn't believe me went to hospital came back and I'm so thankful that I got our stuff out someone come in the room while we were gone and took the toothbrush and toothpaste my girlfriend used prior to going to hospital. The room was not cleaned well. There was no TV remote. Check-in took way to long. Will not stay here again regardless of price.

BEDBUGS Check in was nightmare, literally moved to another hard to find location without directions. Was put on second floor and no elevator. Management totally incompetent. When we found BEDBUGS, we were offered to change rooms and given quarters to do our launder our clothes. Disastrous stay!
