The staff was nice and tried to help. Cleanliness was epic fail in both rooms, bedding was stained in different shades pink, brown, and had seversl burn holes in comforters. Room looked like people had party and liquids got poured every surface and never washed. The 2 nd room (no fault to staff on duty) smoke detector going off due to needing new battery. Didnt have new battery and maintenance not in.

not on ur life will I be back says room all guaranteed and paid for and check in between 3pm and 12am.i arrived at after 9pm and was was told that they had no rooms except 1 luckily a man b4 me only had cash they wouldnt except cash and I was forced basically to accept a crappy room that wasnt even what I paid for,there for 3nights never once did housekeeping even knock on my door just walked right on by leaving trash and food cartons laying on balcony for the whole time i was there. honestly feel i was treated in such a way... read more

There was a mouse in the room. Didn’t have an ashtray, towels,pillows, blankets, remote, cups, anything. One key worked. There were ppl fighting all night. Loud loud loud. Then the ppl shot twice. It was the worst night ever at a hotel. The girls in the morning I was telling about all this were super rude. More worried about telling each other gossip and about their nails.

Hotel is in horrible condition. I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Not once was the room serviced while I was there. The rooms are very run down. The refrigerator has to be 20+ years old, and only the freezer part worked. I would not take off your shoes in the room. There is trash everywhere on the hotel site. The only good thing I have to say is the outside of the hotel is extremely well lit, and you are just across from lots of shopping, stores, and restaurants. You could even walk if you wanted a long walk.

Poor My experience with this hotel was very upsetting first of all the first room we got had not been clean bath room was nasty table had not been clean smelled of smoke ask for another room we was giving another one the next room was a we better. Not much in that room was no towels or wash cloth a small amount of toilet paper left on roll but no more may stay was awful almost afraid to lay on bed we made the best of it for one bite had I had anymore money would have left. It was extremly disturbing. To say it made me feel like my skin was crawling is an understatement. Never staying here again!!!

Ahole staff and shabby interior The hotel was shabby, but not unlivable. The real deal though is that the staff is rude and unprofessional. The hotel charged me for an extra night, for no reason, and even after 6(!) calls, still no manger calling me back and the staff is hostile, telling me that I booked an extra night in their hotel when I was there the night before thanksgiving and definitely NOT THERE FOR THANKSGIVING!
